Our hiring process is transparent, efficient, and designed to help us get to know each other. Here’s what you can expect when you apply to join our team.

We like to keep it short and simple. Upload your CV and answer a few additional questions so we can get to know you a little better.
1st Interview

1st Interview

If everything looks good, we’ll invite you to a short Teams call with someone from our People & Culture team. You’ll learn more about north.io, the role, and the team — and of course you can ask anything you’re curious about.
2nd Interview

2nd Interview

After about a week, we’ll get back to you — hopefully with an invitation to a second interview. You’ll meet your future team lead and colleagues and talk more about the role, your experience, and what working together could look like.
Decision

Decision

We’ll share our decision as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks. Hopefully with a big YES! If everything fits, we’ll also guide you through the next steps and our onboarding process.
