4-day Work Week
We believe that (personal) time is the key to success. Because we value our employees and want to establish a culture of well-being, we implemented the 4-day work week in our company, and it is up to you to decide which day of the week to take off.

We offer 24 days of annual holidays in a 4-day work week, which is the equivalent of 30 days in a 5-day work week. We want our employees to have enough time to recharge so we give them 4 additional days to the legal leave.

1st Interview
If everything is cool with your CV, we'll invite you for a quick Teams Call. You'll talk with on of our colleagues from our People & Culture Team, who will introduce you to north.io and all the good stuff you'll be part of. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. Most importantly, you will get to ask about anything you're curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.
2nd Interview
After about a week, we will get back to you. Hopefully, with an invitation to a second interview. This time, you'll meet your future team lead and future colleagues as well as our colleague from the People & Culture team — in person in our offices in Kiel, when possible; otherwise, remote is also fine. We'll ask about your qualifications, and, of course, you'll get plenty of time to ask questions, too.
Decision
Just like before, we'll get back to you with our decision as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks time. Hopefully, with a big and happy YES! And hopefully, you'll say yes, too.
Afterwards, we'll tell you about our onboarding process.
